As part of Berjaya Sompo Insurance Berhad ("Berjaya Sompo")'s efforts to enhance customers' experience, the Company launched MySOMPO, an application designed to make it convenient for our Private Car Comprehensive Motor Insurance Policyholders to request assistance in the event of a vehicle breakdown or accident and to submit claims.
MySOMPO currently features:

>Real-time roadside assistance updates
>Search nearby panel workshops
>Submit and track claims, easily
Chief Executive Officer of Berjaya Sompo, Mr Tan Sek Kee, highlighted, “In line with Berjaya Sompo’s mission, ‘Insurance Made Easy for You’, MySOMPO aims to provide customers with hassle-free roadside assistance service when they need it. We know the customer may not remember our Road Assistance helpline number during an emergency. In the event of an accident or breakdown, they may be surrounded by tow truck operators offering to tow their vehicles to workshops they are not familiar with. What our customers need to do now is to download MySOMPO App to their handphones after purchasing or renewing their motor insurance policies. They can reach out to our roadside assistance helpdesk via the App should they be involved in a breakdown or accident. This will ensure our appointed tow truck will tow the vehicle to our franchise workshop or approved panel workshops. It is that simple!"
“Also, customers can easily file their insurance claims via MySOMPO and check claims status via the App. More features will be added in stages to keep customers informed with the latest news of Berjaya Sompo”, added Mr Tan.
From now to 31 December 2023, Berjaya Sompo’s Private Car Comprehensive Motor insurance policyholders will be entitled to redeem one (1) TnG e-Wallet credit worth RM200 when they request towing service via MySOMPO for their own vehicle damage caused by accident.
